DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time differs from product to product. All items are made-to-order and request 3-7 business days to handcraft.
SHIPPING TIME
Many factors contribute to delivery time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within these time frames that are listed on each product page.

For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to every place in the world with Internationally.
Tracking An Order
You'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number, and provides a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site. If you require further tracking information, please Email support@inventifycocreations.com
IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undelivered package because of address problem to us, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require refund, please note that there will be a 50% restocking fee for the personalized items.
Return/Exchange Policy
At InventifyCoCreations, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products backed by outstanding designs and a reliable reputation.
Full Coverage Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a full return or exchange within 60 days if:
· The wrong item or order was sent.
· The items arrived damaged or the personalized information differs from what you provided.
· The product you received is defective in quality.
Kindly note that all requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 60 days of delivery. For the best assistance, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as you notice any issues.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations requested after order is submitted will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Exclusions from the 60-Day Return/Exchange Policy
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and we are not liable for these issues:
· Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals, such as Liquid Silver Polish, pool or spa water, or other harsh chemicals. Oxidized silver, in particular, is prone to damage.
· Over time, silver items may naturally oxidize and appear black. To restore the original appearance, simply use a silver polishing cloth.
· Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
· Items returned after 60 days from the delivery date.

2. Include clear photos or videos of the issue along with a detailed description.
3. We will process your refund or a replacement within 48 hours.
