Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Because many of our products are customised or personalised, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been produced.

Personalised or custom-made items are exempt from standard returns unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items returned due to spelling errors or incorrect details provided by the customer

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

Custom products cannot usually be resold, which is why they are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as production has not started.

Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

If we sell any non-personalised items, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
