All of our items are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days before shipping. It takes a long time because of the hand-made customisation process.

During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order size

• Delivery location

• Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within the UK.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Incorrect delivery information

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realise your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
